Keeping your account up-to-date is easy through our Pay & Talk automated Assistant. Just call #123 to:
- check your Pay & Talk account balance
- add money to your account
- add features like Unlimited Local Evenings and Weekends, 2-Way Text Messaging or Wireless Web Services
Keeping Your Account Active
Always keeping a balance in your account ensures that you:
- maintain your lowest per-minute calling rate
- continue with uninterrupted phone service and access to features
- carry over any unused minutes
After 90 days of a zero balance, your Pay & Talk account is automatically deactivated, so it's a good idea to top-up your airtime earlier. In order to get reactivated, you would need to pay a reactivation fee, use a $50 card to get started, and possibly get a new phone number.
