Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled after they have been placed, provided that the prepaid phone card PIN has not yet been sent by our mail servers to your e-mail address. Please e-mail from the e-mail account that you signed up with and include your order number.


Returns and Refunds: Prepaid calling card PIN numbers are non-returnable or refundable to Phone Card Depot, in the event that you have a problem with your prepaid phone card, you must contact the manufacturers at the numbers listed below.
