This type of phone card is the most popular type. Fee - A connection charge will be deducted from your calling card's balance every time you place a call. This type of card has the lowest per minute rate, compared to Low Fee and No Fee phone cards. Connection Fee phone cards are recommended for those who speak for lenghty periods of time.
